Midtown Five, the 400-unit luxury apartment building in Miami’s bustling Midtown neighborhood that is nearing completion, hosted an exclusive fall fete for Miami’s real estate community on Wednesday, Nov. 9, at Sugarcane Raw Bar Grill.

The event was the first official opportunity for brokers to gather and experience the sophisticated ambience and unique lifestyle to be afforded at the highly anticipated Midtown Five, Magellan Development Group’s first project in the market.

The evening commenced with guests joining at Midtown Five’s pre-leasing center at 3310 NE First Ave., Suite 111, to learn about the project and experience residence features. Showcasing a model kitchen and bathroom, the space presented distinct, modern finishes that will be available to residents, such as contemporary cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and GROHE fixtures.

Looks like there is a whole new Facebook Page for the residences of Midtown Miami! They have been posting a lot of cool things there and are always up to date with the new and exciting openings in the Midtown Miami area.

Just keeping you updated so we can all stay in the loop here locally as to what is opening and what is closing in the area. We have seen many place come and go and there soon may be a blog post devoted to those place who have stood the test of time in Midtown Miami.

As many of you may know there are many changes around here at Midtown Miami on this website as well as around the area. Moloko just opened and I go there often for a crepe and coffee. Egyptian Pizza is a grate place for a Falafel or pizza at a reasonable price.

Finally the huge jungle in the middle that was an eye sore for over a year is gone and you can now bring your pets or yourself alone for a nice walk.

I’m sure the businesses are happy knowing that when people come out of Target they can finally see their business across the way. There were huge trees blocking the view and local business suffered in the process.

This website just got a new face lift and we encourage everyone to save this website link somewhere on their computer or smart phone for a point of reference when looking for your next place to eat or shop.
